Date (Day) Time

Venue

Usa ka Isla (An Island) is a powerful one-hour physical theater work that explores the profound impact of Super Typhoon Odette on the communities of the Visayas. Born from the lived experiences of its creators, the piece weaves together movement, music, and drama to trace an island’s journey through everyday life, catastrophe, and the slow process of rebuilding. Instead of observing tragedy from afar, this performance embodies the disaster from within—centering the resilient voices, bodies, and stories of those who survived it.
