Giulia Poli
A senior cultural manager, curator, and producer with over 15 years of experience, they specialize in performing arts, interdisciplinary practices, and cross-cultural diplomacy between Europe and Asia. Currently leading the Asia-Europe Cultural Festival at ASEF, they curate, produce, and teach internationally, actively fostering global artistic exchange and collaboration across top-tier institutions.
Sasapin Siriwanij
Bangkok International Performing Arts Market (BIPAM)
A Bangkok-based performing artist, curator, and producer. A longtime member of B-Floor Theatre, co-founder of For What Theatre, and Artistic Director of BIPAM, she integrates text, somatic exploration, and choreography to drive self-awareness, empowerment, and international artistic exchange.
Shaifulbahri Mohamad (Shai)
A Singaporean creative producer, curator, and Artistic Director of Bahri & Co who designs transdisciplinary and transnational performance experiences across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the UK. With an MA in Creative Producing from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, his work explores the Southeast Asian identity, site, space, and memory.
Dee Chia
The Deputy Director of Audience Development at the National Gallery, where she activates the civic domain into a dynamic site for democratic engagement. Through her artistic direction for public festivals, she prioritizes inclusion by building participatory platforms that dismantle barriers to art and connect diverse communities.
Andrew Lee
The Senior Manager of Audience Development at National Gallery Singapore, where he leads major audience-centered initiatives such as the Light to Night Festival and the Children’s Biennale. Leveraging over a decade of experience in arts administration and exhibition management, he works to craft engaging narratives while using research to drive long-term impact.
Tay Min Wei
The Assistant Manager of Audience Development at National Gallery Singapore, where she curates interdisciplinary, family-focused initiatives including the Gallery Children’s Biennale, Light to Night Singapore 2026, and artist residency programs. She bridges the gap between general audiences and art enthusiasts, creating meaningful platforms for artists to showcase their craft.
Vanini Belarmino
A Filipino curator, producer, and writer working at contemporary art and performance through collaborations and site-responsive interventions. The founder of Belarmino & Partners and former Assistant Director of Programmes at National Gallery Singapore, she has led major global projects, festivals, and exhibitions across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
