About the Artist
The Project DP is one of the Philippines’ leading progressive independent dance companies, founded in 2006 by Dwight Rodrigazo and known for its signature “Pulling Technique.” Led by Artistic Director Razel Mitchao and Associate Artistic Director Akira Arrieta Abao, the company merges classical grace with contemporary vision in full-length ballets and acclaimed choreographic works. Recognized on prestigious stages worldwide, its dancers and students from its official school, DP Ballet, consistently earn top awards at major international competitions. Today, the company remains dedicated to nurturing the Philippine dance community through innovative performances, works, and educational programs.
