At MIPAM x CREATEPhilippines, the “partners” are primarily international and local industry professionals—such as presenters, programmers, curators, producers, promoters, and cultural leaders—who attend to buy, discover, book, and invest in Philippine and Asian performing arts productions. They represent the demand side of the market, seeking works to tour, co-produce, or present in festivals, venues, and cultural institutions.

A Bangkok-based performing artist, curator, and producer. A longtime member of B-Floor Theatre, co-founder of For What Theatre, and Artistic Director of BIPAM, she integrates text, somatic exploration, and choreography to drive self-awareness, empowerment, and international artistic exchange.

Shaifulbahri Mohamad (Shai)
A Singaporean creative producer, curator, and Artistic Director of Bahri & Co who designs transdisciplinary and transnational performance experiences across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the UK. With an MA in Creative Producing, his work explores the Southeast Asian identity, site, space, and memory.

WNAG Po-wei
Deputy Director of National Taichung Theater and Adjunct Assistant Professor at National Taiwan University of Arts, he previously worked at Digital Art Foundation and Taipei Fine Arts Museum. His research explores media theory, digital culture, and contemporary performing arts.
KUO Yi-ling (Lulu Kuo)
Currently Associate in Creative Engagement at National Taichung Theater, previously an International Development Specialist at National Theater & Concert Hall. She manages Artist-in-Residence programs, international Arts & Technology symposiums, and digital arts talent cultivation initiatives.

Joined the Department of Foreign Affairs in 2022 as a Finance Officer and Attaché at the Philippine Embassy in Papua New Guinea, he manages budgeting, accounting, disbursements, and public funds to support embassy operations. Beyond his administrative duties, he actively participates in diplomatic and cultural diplomacy initiatives—including art exhibitions, food festivals, and dance performances—to foster stronger ties and mutual understanding between the Philippines and Papua New Guinea.

Ei Thazin Soe
Serves as Economic Counsellor at the Myanmar Embassy in Manila, leveraging over 14 years of experience in the agricultural sector, agribusiness, and trade facilitation. Previously an Assistant Director at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, she specialized in negotiating bilateral trade agreements and Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Protocols. She focuses on economic diplomacy, supply chain enhancement, and sustainable project planning to strengthen bilateral economic relations.
