The Quezon City Performing Arts Development Foundation Inc. (QCPADFI) was established in 2001 to provide free training in the performing arts to gifted and artistically inclined children and youth from Quezon City. QCPADFI was conceptualized and nurtured by three of the country’s most distinguished dance professionals: Mr. Eddie Elejar, Mr. Luther Perez, and the late Mr. Tony Fabella, with Ms. Joy Belmonte as the Founding Chairperson. To date, QCPADFI has become a haven to more than four thousand scholars who have discovered the power to express themselves with a language that goes beyond words.
